After trying practically every mac n cheese on the market- we have a winner! It's about $2.99 a box, but the box makes waaay more than your average mac n cheese. I say split the noodles and cheese mix in either thirds or halves. Then I usually tape the box closed again and save the rest for the next meal. Also, I love that even the cheese packet has healthy real ingredients. I've only been able to find this brand at Fry's, and they usually only have 2-3 on the shelf at any one time. You can also order from DeBole's directly, or from Amazon in cases of 12.
Applegate Farms NuggetsSo good even we would eat them! If they weren't a pretty penny that is. I found these at Sprouts for about $5.99 a box. Each box has maybe 20 nuggets, and they are a tad smaller than Tyson or Banquet nuggets. Bake them versus microwaving them for a crispier texture. Taylor will not eat them with even a speck of brown, so I bake for maybe 10 minutes max (make sure to flip them 1/2 way through) and then finish in the microwave for 20 seconds.
